A lot of people are asking: "when is the best time to sell houses fast UK wide?" so I have one simple answer spring spring spring.
Why spring? Well here are some of the reasons:
- People are prepared to start fresh at this time of year with Christmas and new year out of the way
- The gardens are in bloom
- The weather is good and the light is bright
- A lot of people like to time their purchase by the end of the school year.
Summer is ok but the school holidays and generally people going on holiday can slow the market down.
Autumn is ok but in a slow housing market you don't want to be left with a house for sale in winter so sell very early in Autumn if you can.
Winter is the bleakest time to sell with bad light, bad weather, christmas and generally buyers are in hibernation
