"DIY sell your house" seems to be the new vogue at the moment, with people taking the sale of their homes into their own hands.
People are choosing to do this to save money on estate agency commissions by advertising their homes on the internet or in local newspapers.
I haven't found any evidence of this method speeding the process up but people do have full control of the sale when they take this route.
