"I need to sell my house quick", are the words on sellers lips this week with winter approaching and the sudden demise of Northern Rock.
Are the sellers really outweighing the buyers though?
This time of year is where the slowdown begins every year but with thousands of buy-to-let-ers (or Sarah Beanies as we like to call them) joining in with the band waggon - the mass sell off seems to be all the more potent.
With all these sellers on the field is it a buyers market?
I would say yes - if you are a buyer, now is a very good time to buy.
