A lot of emails I've received today say: "sell my house now".
I think the reason for this is the news all over the web about a possible house price drop and people are starting to panic especially with winter fast approaching.
Analysts are speculating that the UK could follow the US and see a considerable drop in house prices but with strong immigration and demand out weighing supply other analysts suggest we will only see a slow down.
