When I wanted to sell my house on the internet I came across lot's of titles reading: "sell house on web", but I soon realised it was a mine field.
There seems to be lots of different websites in the UK offering this service but which one should you go for?
Firstly you have to ask what sort of traffic these sites are getting. If you are going to pay for a website to advertise your house you want to know that it is going to be seen by lots of motivated buyers.
It's similar to advertising in newspapers - you need to know the circulation of the paper before you pay to advertise with them. There's no point advertising with a newspaper which only circulates to a few people and likewise there's no point advertising with a website that only attracts a few unique visitors every day.
