The average time to sell a house via estate agents in the UK is getting longer.
It was 7 months up until September 2007 but I reckon it could be longer than that now. Things have really slowed down and a lot of estate agent friends of mine are starting to struggle financially - I mean if they are not selling properties then they are not making any money.
It's a sad time to see them so down in the dumps when not long ago they were flying.
