Most of the emails I received yesterday just read "buy my house". I mean you can't get any more straight forward than that can you?
You do need to give me more details when sending emails though, unless you include your telephone number so we can call you and discuss your property and the options available to you.
When I wanted someone to buy my house earlier in the year I gave as many setails as possible. I also included lots of photo's. Research shows that the more detailed information you give the better chance you have selling your house. This includes photo's and where possible videos.
