The subject in todays first email wrote "buy my house for cash". When Chris spoke to the gentleman in question it turned out he was stuck in a chain and had just given up with his estate agent.
His property has been on sale for that last 11 months and he has only had one offer which fell through.
We are going to see his property this afternoon and he should therefore have an offer by 5pm today. He could have the money in his bank by the end of the month.
