If you are hoping to sell your house and rent it back make sure you ask for a free buy back option:
This allows you to remain in the house until the buy back option has expired. For example if you have a buy back option that expires in 5 years you can stay in the house for 5 years at least and then you have the option to buy your property back. If you don't have the financial wherewithal to buy back within this period you could always ask for an extension.
This means that the buyer who in effect becomes your landlord cannot evict you within this time period (unless you break the tenancy agreement)
