We seem to be entering an era where selling houses fast is a thing of the past.
I remember back in 2003 queuing to get into a house with 10 other prospective buyers because the estate agents were so over flooded with buyers. Oh happy days for the sellers.
I had houses on sale back in those glorious days and I generally had 5 or 6 offers within 2 weeks of marketing the property.
Will the days of selling houses fast come back? I surely hope so but i have a strong feeling the downward cycle has started so lets get through this without acquiring any war wounds first!
