At a time when housing is a tricky subject and many are looking for a quick house sale to cash in their biggest asset, a new £4 million housing scheme designed to benefit active OAP’s has been launched in Belfast.
As part of the development, 30 energy efficient homes have been built by DSD and Trinity Housing Association and at the handing over of keys to new tenants, Minister Margaret Ritchie said “This scheme provides 30 state-of-the-art apartments for our more mature citizens”. The new houses are part of a scheme to provide afordable housing complete with energy saving, design and security features set in a landscaped development.
